Andy Ng (PILB qualified agent #4297) is a security and public safety expert certified in microexpressions detection (METT system, Dr. Paul Ekman, PhD.) and the Wicklander-Zulawski system of investigative techniques. He is the founding member of Civil Security Service and serves as Chief Administrator.
Andy has been involved with the public safety industry since 2012. His background includes extensive civilian patrol experience for the Community College District Police Department in San Francisco, loss prevention for Whole Foods and Disney, site protection for Tesla and Hilton Hotels, and federal contract security for the U.S. Marshals Service.
Prior to founding Civil Security Service, Andy worked for a major casino as a member of its emergency special response team. He has previously completed a California POST PC832 regular basic police academy, holds certifications as a less-lethal TASER and I.C.E. defensive pistol operator, and is a former firearms range officer and safety instructor.
A strong believer in hands-on leadership, Andy is closely involved with all aspects of daily operations, including client support and patrol services.
