Standard duration per patrol
All patrols last a minimum of 10-20 minutes from time of arrival. This is generally sufficient for most properties, but duration upgrades are available if additional coverage is needed.
During each patrol, NVCSS officers actively protect your property by checking locked doors, investigating suspicious activity, and completing other security tasks as desired.
The reason we're able to offer significant savings on premium patrol services is precisely because of the duration of each patrol — instead of billing an hourly rate, we bill per patrol based on the configured duration. This reduces costly "dead" time and dramatically increases the quality of service you can expect.
All patrols include a 10-minute "buffer" period, which effectively extends the standard duration of all patrols — at no additional cost — to a maximum of 20 minutes. This is four times the typical duration you'll get from other security providers.
The buffer period is just one of many features exclusive to Civil Security Service. It allows officers to patrol your site without rushing or turning a blind eye to issues.
Other companies will either pressure their officers to complete their "hits" as quickly as possible, or eagerly watch the clock and bill overages as often as possible.
