Patrol Features
Highly customizable and upgradable to meet your needs. Included with every patrol.

Standard Duration
All patrols last a minimum of 10-20 minutes from time of arrival. This is generally sufficient for most properties, but duration upgrades are available if additional coverage is needed.

Arrival Windows
All standard patrols include a 4-hour arrival window. Patrols will randomly start within this range, in accordance with a target time you set during scheduling.

Hot Spots
During our onboarding process, you'll be able to configure patrol "hot spots," such as camera blind spots, unlit areas, and locations where issues occur most frequently.

Vehicle Assist
Broken-down vehicles on your property can cause inconvenience and tarnish the public's perception of your business and/or community.
When a motorist experiences car trouble on your property, officers have access to battery jumper packs, cables, air compressors, and other automotive tools that can help them get back on the road.

First Aid Assist
NVCSS patrol vehicles are fully stocked with a variety of first aid supplies. When someone on your property appears hurt or in distress, our officers can stop to offer assistance and provide basic treatment if needed.

Emergency Relay
NVCSS officers are professionally trained to assess situations and determine when to summon emergency services, be it police, fire or medical rescue.
When every second counts, their ability to calmly provide accurate information can drastically improve the outcome of a critical incident and increase public confidence.

Video Evidence
NVCSS is the only security agency in Northern Nevada that issues all officers Axon body-worn cameras — the same system currently in service with over 90% of law enforcement agencies nationwide, including Reno and Sparks police.
Direct system integration makes it easy to exchange footage and streamlines evidence sharing, saving time, increasing transparency, and improving overall service quality.

Real Time Monitoring
Patrols are tracked using multiple GPS modules, both onboard the vehicle and carried by officers. This approach creates redundancies that bolsters auditing and makes verification easier.

Daily Patrol Logs
All patrol activities are logged and time-stamped as they're completed.
At the end of each day, entries are compiled into a custom report that provides an overview of the day's security events and any actions taken by officers on site.

Enhanced Reporting
Choose the event types you care most about, such as on-site injuries, guest complaints, law enforcement activities, etc., and when it occurs in our presence, we'll follow up with a full incident report and supporting evidence as needed.

Critical Alerts
Configure a list of "trigger" conditions and designate contacts for each one.
If officers encounter any of these critical issues during a patrol, we'll immediately notify the right person.

Deep Customization
We're constantly exploring strategies and evaluating technologies to ensure NVCSS is the most professional security service in Northern Nevada.
We welcome your feedback and suggestions; please let us know how we can improve.
