Civil Security Service is guided by a commitment to honor and integrity as outlined by the Christian faith. We believe that an objective standard of morality is necessary to prevent misconduct and abuse.
All of our services and policies were developed with the teachings of Christ and the Word of God in mind. These values also guide our decisions and ensure that services are delivered ethically and fairly.
Although Civil Security Service maintains a secular structure, one of our biggest differences is our operational philosophy, which is deeply rooted in the wisdom found in the New Testament.
Our agency motto — Nisi Dominus Frustra — can be found at the top of our agency emblem. Taken from the Book of Psalms, this Latin phrase translates as "Without God, it is meaningless."
Further symbols of faith can be found throughout our agency emblem:
We believe that professional, compassionate service is a source of honor, which prevents complacency through constant self-improvement.
Integrity is a commitment to doing the right thing even when no one is present, and with God, there is always someone present — a source of objective morality that transcends humanity and provides guidance for the mind and spirit.
