Clients can verify service through high-quality daily patrol logs and incident reports, which are significantly more detailed than industry norms.

Additionally, all recurring service plans come with a free cancellation period. If you're dissatisfied for any reason within the first 28 days of service, you can cancel the remainder of the term without penalty; any unbilled prepaid funds will also be returned to you in full.

Crime and Safety

Civil Security Service does not make promises about reducing crime or guaranteeing safety — such claims are unrealistic and difficult to objectively prove. We would caution you strongly against choosing any security provider that makes such claims.

What we can assure you of, however, is that choosing NVCSS patrols gives your property, people and assets the best possible odds of experiencing an improved quality-of-life, increased productivity, and overall satisfaction. The presence of our mobile patrols is finely tuned and purposefully designed to create an unobtrusive, yet assertive impression of public safety, so guests feel comfortable but potential bad actors don't.

Any security expert worth their salt will agree that a critical aspect of public safety is crime deterrence, which can only be achieved through effective security presence.

Every patrol generates a detailed PDF report that includes patrol times, GPS-verified routes, officer observations, and photos or video references when applicable.

All services can be cancelled without penalty if notice is given at least one billing cycle in advance. A standard billing cycle is 28 consecutive days.

For first-time clients, all recurring service plans (3+ billing cycles) include a free cancellation period. If for any reason you are not satisfied, let us know any time within the first 28 days and we will cancel the rest of the term with no penalty.

Any service scheduled with less than 72 hours' advance notice is considered emergency service. A full refund may be offered if circumstances permit, however due to the resources it takes to make such changes, NVCSS reserves the right to retain some or all funds paid.
