RENO, NEVADA — After undergoing a manual vetting process and meeting all requirements for membership, Civil Security Service has received approval from the Nevada State Apartment Association (NVSAA) to join its statewide directory of recognized Supplier Partners.

"This is very exciting for us, and the folks [at the NVSAA] were very friendly and helpful," says Andy Ng, founder and Chief Administrator of Civil Security Service. "We look forward to a long and fruitful relationship with the NVSAA and providing the highest standard of care to all members that find us in their region."

As an official affiliate charter of the National Apartment Association, the NVSAA is a powerful advocacy group that works on behalf of rental housing owners, builders, developers, and managers. In 2018, the NVSAA roster represented over 165,000 rental units across the state of Nevada, and has since continued to grow steadily.

In addition to its advocacy work, the NVSAA maintains a Supplier Member Directory, where vendors can be listed if they receive the organization's approval.

As the newest entrant to the roster, Civil Security Service is now one of eight security Supplier Partners — and the only premium security service listed for the entire Northern Nevada region.

"If I remember correctly, there's about 1,200 security companies operating in the state," says Ng.

"That would mean less than 1% of all security companies in Nevada are NVSAA-approved Supplier Partners."

Although NVSAA operates across the entire state, much of its activities are focused in Southern Nevada — something Ng hopes to change.

"There's many kinds of advocacy," Ng points out. "Civil Security Service is a premium service provider because we advocate for our clients at the most granular levels, promoting public safety and protecting their guest experience."

"Put simply, we go the extra mile others don't even know exists."
